ALETHEIA JR TEAM
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
At Aletheia Church, we are passionate about kids experiencing Christ's love. We believe parents have the primary responsibility to share the Gospel, while the church supports them through love, prayer, training, and teaching. We accomplish this through Aletheia Jr. on Sundays, where volunteers serve in a classroom of their choice.
This team is a good fit if: You are a person who has a heart for reaching children with the gospel and willing to faithfully serve in an Aletheia Jr classroom!
What is required of someone who serves on your Sunday Serve team?
Volunteers choose their classroom and serve as often as they like, though we encourage serving twice a month once the second worship gathering starts in February. They must also download the Church Center and Services apps to communicate with their team. Adults need to complete an online volunteer application.
Who is qualified to serve in this role?
Any person who has been attending Aletheia for at least 6 months, but church membership is encouraged. Adults will need a recommendation from their City Group leaders, teens will need a recommendation from their Aletheia Teens leader, and children serving with parents must be regular Aletheia Jr. attenders with a recommendation from their classroom leaders.
Current need: 6 adults

This team is a good fit if: You are willing to foster connections, welcome newcomers, and create a welcoming environment for all those who come through the doors at Aletheia.
What is required of someone who serves on your Sunday Serve team?
A hospitality team member helps create a positive first impression by brewing coffee, setting up the coffee bar and communion elements, maintaining a clean environment, welcoming attendees, passing out bulletins, and managing parking.

The Worship & Production Team exist to help believers grow in their worship of Jesus. This team is responsible not only for the making of music but also the sound we hear and the words we see — all working together to usher the church into an intentional time of worship.
